Wolfgang Hanninger's passion for swing and blues combines with the virtuoso abilities of his bandmates in W.H.'s Munich 4tet to create an exciting and energetic musical blend at the highest level. More than half of the repertoire consists of compositions by bandleader Wolfgang Hanninger. Although not exclusively interpreted in a swinging style, swing is a main ingredient for this concert evening. The pulsating, lively rhythm and impressive joy of playing are stylistically defining.
