Selah Sue is known for her groove and her soul voice that leaves no one untouched. For her fifth concert in Montreux, she presents a brand new project from a collaboration with The Gallands, the father-and-son duo of jazz drummer Stéphane Galland and his son Elvin, a keyboardist and producer. The project is based on the musical universe of the Gallands, which combines organic grooves, contemporary jazz, and cutting-edge production, and took on a new dimension when Selah Sue transformed their instrumental creations into powerful songs.
Selah Sue is a Belgian singer and songwriter, known for her powerful, soulful voice and distinctive stage presence. She gained national attention with the song Ragamuffin in 2010, which reached the top of the Belgian music charts. Agnes Obel is a Danish singer, songwriter, and musician based in Berlin. Her debut album Philharmonics (2010) was released by PIAS Recordings and was certified Gold in June 2011 by the Belgian Entertainment Association (BEA).
