As part of the two-day block seminar "Band Leadership," Nils Wogram reflects on central aspects of band work – from musical decisions to collaboration in the ensemble. The seminar concludes with a public opener to the jam session in the JazzHall: students of the Dr. Langner Jazzmaster open the evening together with Wogram and translate the impulses developed in the seminar into an open musical dialogue. The format emphasizes immediate interaction, spontaneous formation, and the collective exploration of sonic possibilities. Instruments may be brought; participants are welcome.
