Second-year students in the Jazz Bachelor program shape the evening as a repertoire exam in the form of a jam session. The focus is on open, process-oriented music-making in which repertoire knowledge, stylistic confidence, and spontaneous ensemble playing become immediately audible. Following this, the stage opens to all students as well as interested musicians and consistently continues the session character – as a living continuation of collective playing, carried by interaction, attentiveness, and the specific sonic space of the moment.
