Three musicians from different countries meet by chance in Berlin. They jam together once – and immediately realize: this is it. The chemistry is perfect right away. So they simply continue making music together.

FBJR: "Female Band Leader Jazz Row" is a concert series curated by pianist and keyboardist Svetlana Marinchenko, who invites exciting female bandleaders from Berlin and other cities to the stage.

The selection of artists is based primarily on their distinctive musical sound and their individual artistic signature. The series presents both established musicians with remarkable success in the music scene as well as new, promising voices that bring fresh impulses.

Each guest artist is a creative personality with their own vision and a special approach to music. The concerts offer the audience high-caliber musicians, new music, and an inspiring, vibrant atmosphere.
