Four Nordic musicians unite in THE ROCKET to create a sonic universe where jazz, folk, and classical music blend with natural ease. At the center is Swedish bassist Svante Söderqvist, whose warm sound, lyrical compositions, and virtuosic playing between jazz, classical, and folk music give the ensemble its distinctive voice. Alongside him perform Adam Forkelid on piano, Calle Rasmusson on drums, and Estonian-Swedish accordionist Tuulikki Bartosik, known for her poetic expressiveness. Together they create a fascinating balance of virtuosity, Nordic melancholy, and emotional warmth.

The ensemble presents music from the new album "Like In the Movies" (March 2026) as well as highlights from the album "The Rocket" (2023). THE ROCKET takes the audience on a musical journey full of emotion, elegance, and surprising timbres.
