Peter Gall is one of the most renowned German drummers of his generation and works as a composer and bandleader with great musical independence. His second album Love Avatar won the German Jazz Prize 2025 in the category "Album of the Year". The music tells impressive stories, creates atmospherically dense spaces, and combines jazz with energetic fusion, hymnic indie spheres, melancholy, and hypnotic grooves into a futuristic sound conglomerate.

With his "Dream-Band" – Wanja Slavin, Carl Morgan, Rainer Böhm, and Matthias Pichler – Gall presents a sworn musical unit from the innovative European scene. The perfectly coordinated ensemble acts with high virtuosity and feeling alike, unfolding a force that is hard to resist. The Peter Gall Quintet won the prestigious BMW Welt Jazz Award in 2021.
