The second concert celebrating the 70th birthday of trombonist and singer Nils Landgren at JazzHall Hamburg. The Swedish trombone legend meets students from the HfMT jazz programs. In various configurations, this evening creates a colorful musical journey – an example of how hardly any art form exists in which new work is created across generations with as much humor, intensity, and equality as in jazz. For many young talents at HfMT Hamburg, it is their first time making music together with Landgren: a special evening for everyone involved.
