Johannes Hamm is a young, emerging drummer of the German jazz scene, based in Mannheim, where he is involved in numerous projects. He completed his bachelor's degree at the Mannheim University of Music and studied at Jazzcampus Basel with drumming legends Jeff Ballard and Jorge Rossy. In 2020, his first album as bandleader was released with the title "Convective Ideas".
