Erik Trauner is an Austrian blues guitarist and singer. In 1977, he founded the Mojo Blues Band together with Joachim Palden, and to this day he performs with Austria's flagship blues band on guitar, microphone, and harmonica. On December 16, 1999, Erik received the Golden Sign of Honor from the Republic of Austria for his outstanding achievements in music and the arts.

At Erik Trauner's solo concerts, he happily returns to his musical roots – acoustic blues. Especially in the "royal discipline," when he picks up bottleneck and steel guitar, the passionate musician operates at the highest level. The majority of his repertoire comes from his own pen. At his solo performances, he offers entertaining entertainment beyond the songs with witty announcements and humorous anecdotes.
