The small but fine jazz festival at Vienna's Metropol is taking place for the sixth time. The festival is oriented toward major jazz festivals like Newport, Nice, and Montreux. The motto of the 2026 edition is "The Austrian High Flight" – reflecting how Austria achieved a top position in the international jazz scene.

The festival presents big names and rising newcomers from Austria, America, and around the world in vocal and instrumental formations with the most diverse line-ups, bands, and acts. The Vienna Metropol is located in the 17th district in the historic surroundings of a former suburban mill. Great food & cool drinks are also part of the festival.

The festival takes place from June 25–28, 2026, each day at 7:00 p.m.
